These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Gozi. By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any policies and notices incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Gozi after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the photos, screenshots, text, and other materials you upload or provide to Gozi. We do not claim ownership of your content.
To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to process, transmit, reproduce, analyze, and temporarily store your content solely as needed to provide achievement recognition, generate summaries, create achievement cards, and maintain related app functions. This license ends when the processing is complete, except for data that is retained locally on your device or as otherwise permitted by these Terms and our privacy practices.
Gozi, including its software, design, features, interfaces, logos, text, card templates, workflows, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the app or its materials except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Gozi. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using Gozi on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you also represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of Gozi.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim, if any, during the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Gozi uses automated systems to analyze uploaded images and generate achievement titles, encouragement copy, tags, dates, and card layouts. The output is generated for informational and personal use only and is not intended as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice.
We do not guarantee that generated results will be accurate, complete, appropriate, timely, or suitable for any particular purpose. Automated interpretations may be imperfect, and you are solely responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it, saving it, or sharing it.
Gozi is a lightweight achievement-recording tool designed to turn everyday progress into collectible achievement cards. Users may upload a photo or screenshot showing a learning milestone, fitness check-in, work accomplishment, personal breakthrough, or other meaningful progress item, and the app will attempt to extract key evidence from the image to generate an achievement summary.
The service may include automated recognition of achievement type, achievement scale, and supporting evidence from the image, followed by creation of an achievement title, a short encouragement message, one or more tags, and a date. The generated result may be displayed as a card using a simple visual layout intended for saving to a device or sharing externally. The app may also provide local history storage, re-generation of encouragement text, copying of summary text, deletion of records, and saving cards to the photo library.
Gozi may offer a limited number of free uses to new users and may require in-app currency for additional generations. The app may present a home screen, results screen, history screen, and settings screen to support upload, review, purchase, storage, and data management functions. The service is intended to encourage personal reflection and recordkeeping, not social ranking, community interaction, or long-term analytics.
Any descriptions of the service, card templates, usage limits, or feature availability are subject to change. We may add, remove, or modify features as part of ordinary product development or to comply with legal, technical, or commercial requirements.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Gozi for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the service to create, review, save, and manage achievement cards for your own lawful purposes.
You may not use the service for commercial resale, unauthorized redistribution, automated scraping, or any use that exceeds the ordinary personal functionality of the app. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
Gozi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, that it will always be free from defects, or that generated results will be error-free. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of Gozi, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party right, or your misuse of any content you submit.
This obligation includes claims arising from unlawful content, unauthorized uploads, inaccurate representations, or any conduct connected to your account or device usage.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of Gozi at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the service in a way that is unlawful or harmful. We may also stop offering the service or particular features at any time.
You may stop using Gozi at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, indemnity, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Gozi is provided "as available." We do not guarantee that the app, its servers, image-processing features, purchase flows, or storage functions will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, delays, outages, or failures.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any portion of the service at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes.
You agree not to use Gozi for any unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, uploading content you do not have the right to use, violating privacy or publicity rights, or submitting content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, models, prompts, system logic, or security controls except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by law. You may not use bots, crawlers, automated scripts, or other unauthorized means to access or interfere with the service. You may not bypass usage limits, payment controls, account protections, or technical safeguards.
You also may not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the app, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with another user's experience, or use the service to misrepresent achievements or engage in fraud. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate.
Gozi may offer consumable virtual currency, referred to as coins, through Apple in-app purchase mechanisms. Coins are used only within the app and may be required to generate certain achievement cards after free uses are exhausted.
Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not property, and may not be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged outside the app. Except where required by applicable law or Apple policy, all coin purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change pricing, bundles, or consumption rates at any time, subject to any required notice or platform rules.
Any purchase is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store provider, payment processor, and your own account settings. If a purchase fails, is reversed, or is otherwise disputed, access to related coin balances or features may be suspended or adjusted.
We may revise these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations. When we do so, we may update the "Last updated" date or provide notice through the app or by other reasonable means.
By continuing to use Gozi after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised version, you must stop using the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit, the accuracy of any information you provide, and the consequences of using the generated output. You should review achievement summaries, card text, and tags before saving, copying, or sharing them.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload any image or other material you submit. You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws, third-party rights, and any restrictions that may apply to your device, account, or content sources.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different rule is required by mandatory law.
Where permitted, you agree that any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts or forums having jurisdiction over the matter.
